Built employee-facing, Slack-based AI agent to answer Open Enrollment questions in real time and deflect repetitive inquiries. After saving hundreds of hours of employee time in just two weeks, the bot became proof of concept for something larger: a full employee experience bot designed to answer questions, and reduce friction across the entire employee lifecycle.

Reverse-engineered the communication style of the entire C-suite, created a voice guide for each leader, then built a custom AI writing bot so the team could generate first drafts in each exec's voice without needing a dedicated writer in the room. Tool was built in two days, and first drafts came back with minimal need for rewrites.
