Launching an AI-powered employee experience

Built Slack-based AI agent to answer Open Enrollment questions in real time and deflect repetitive inquiries. After saving hundreds of hours of employee time in just two weeks, the boy became proof of concept for something larger: a full employee experience bot designed to answer questions, and reduce friction across the entire employee lifecycle.
